A word from our Director of Operations
Operations is about building and rolling out the right processes, systems and tools to empower our 200+ Sales, CS & Marketing team members. We learn a ton of new things and love solving challenges together. If you’re up for an ambitious challenge, join us!
We needed to understand our customers better and align the revenue teams (CS, Sales, Marketing) with the right messaging. We picked new segmentation criteria and then implemented them into our systems (from Salesforce to Pigment). Key result? We doubled our ARR in 2021!
We introduced new packages in 2021 and needed to roll these out to our customers. We led cross-team initiatives including: pitching the new packaging to thousands of customers, building targets and compensation models, and training the Customer Success team. Overall, this project improved our customer retention rate. Our customers highly appreciated the new features we offered.
We needed to give our Sales and CS team the best environment, and make their lives easier. We gathered all our Sales and CS knowledge in one accessible place - both internal training materials and client-facing documents. This let the Sales team access knowledge directly from Salesforce (their key tool) and the Ops team get insights from their usage.
